Hi, I am Jennifer Salisbury
I am born and raised in a small town on the Sunshine Coast of British Columbia, Canada.
I have always had a passion for photography. When I was 19 years old I was gifted my first DSLR. Shooting local landscapes and pictures from my travels was my hobby. A few years ago I started to learn astrophotography and my passion took off like wildfire.
I had never photographed people until a friend of mine asked me to take her wedding photos, I was reluctant at first but as I practiced taking photos with friends and family I realized the joy that came from taking someones raw moments and turning them into a piece of art to save forever.
When I am not holding a camera in my hands, I work full time as an acute care nurse.
Photography is my art and passion. Capturing something in a way nobody else could see it, is my way of spreading creativity and inspiration.
